Another excellent product besides the traditional production of breadsticks is the crunchy and fragrant crisp bread, “foglie”. Proposed in different flavours, they are ideal with cheeses and cured meats. Excellent with aperitifs, they are also considered a valid alternative to bread in the daily diet.

Only selected natural ingredients and a skilful manual production process guarantee the high quality of our product.

Types of “foglie”

All our crisp bread “foglie” are made with soft wheat flour, water, sea salt, brewer’s yeast and extra virgin olive oil. The various other ingredients are then added depending on the type of “foglie”. All ingredients are natural and contain no flavourings or preservatives.
